Generate is a unique personal development program run by the Oaktree Foundation that exposes young people to the aid and development sector through active campaigning. As a Generator, you will have the opportunity to undertake training in areas such as public speaking, facilitation, delegation, event management, promotions and lobbying activities as well as gain valuable experience in the aid and development sector, build practical skills in campaigning, advocacy and fundraising, create education opportunities for young people in the developing world and work alongside other passionate and talented young people.
