The Information Literacy Program (ILP) and the Academic Skills and Learning Centre (ASLC) have been facilitating Tutors Induction Programs since 2002.

This semester the CASS, CAP & CECS Tutors Induction Program will be held on:

Friday 27 July 2012, 9.15 (registration), 9.30-12.30pm

This program is open to all "new first time" tutors in Semester 1 and Semester 2. Tutors will be paid by their College for their attendance. Tutors who attended the sessions in February & March are welcome to join as this session has some elements built on from the beginning of the year.

Topics include: Facilitating small group learning, “Have you done the reading?”, Essay Feedback, Feedback in Language Assessment. There will be a separate session for those tutoring in CECS.

These sessions are for Tutors who have been appointed to a position within the relevant Colleges if your contract is not completely finalised it is fine to register.
