A highly respected international development veteran with years of experience across the Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, David Arnold has been president of The Asia Foundation since 2011. Mr Arnold will discuss the Asia Foundation’s work on governance reform and other development issues in the 17 Asian countries in which the Foundation operates as well as the role of emerging Asian aid donors and the changing international aid architecture.
